Erica Covelle was born with a gift of making things look fantastic. It’s what she loves most about her job selling real estate. It’s this talent sets her apart from all other realtors. With a BFA in Interior Design from The New England School of Art and Design, this education and training has proven to be invaluable to Erica’s clients. To say Erica has an eye for detail is an understatement. Erica has the ability to make any home look beautiful with her knack for staging and gift with the camera; her listings come alive, taking on a unique quality that attracts the most amount of buyers to her properties. She made sure a listing looked fantastic and went on the market while in labor with her son, and she closed a deal while in labor with her daughter. Family is extremely important to Erica. Mike Cohen, the co-founder of The COVELLE & COHEN Greater Boston Real Estate Team, is a non-stop producer and one of the hardest working and dedicated men you’ll ever come across. Lauren got a taste for real estate after Erica helped sell her house in Woburn. Joining the Covelle & Cohen team as Transaction Coordinator, Lauren assisted Erica and Mike with all aspects of the sale, keeping the team on task, keeping calendars up to date, managing social media, and making sure deadlines were met. Working in this capacity allowed Lauren to learn what it takes to keep the deal together before she hit the ground running as an agent. Lauren has now transitioned into the roll of Executive Sales Agent with the Covelle Cohen Team. Her addictive personality and humor make her a natural sales agent. She is a skilled negotiator and always has her client's best interest in mind when working the deal. She has a great track record for getting to the closing table and side stepping obstacles. Alessandra has a knack for organizing and a using a systemic approach to tackling Administrative Operations. With several years under her belt, along with an Administrative Internship in College, she is able to take direction well & maintain a level of professionalism that is needed for this position. It was only natural that Alessandra would find herself at Covelle & Cohen Greater Boston Real Estate as she is able to combine her passion for Administration, Interior Design, Research, & Marketing, which just so happens to be what we're all about! Alessandra’s main focus in the office includes: Keeping up with Covelle & Cohen’s social media platforms, along with completing day-to-day tasks that help our transaction process run smoothly.
